About the industry

DF 100 is a chemical additive that reduces and hinders the formation of foam in the industrial process. DF 100 is a series with a range of defoamer insoluble oils, polydimethylsiloxanes and other silicones, certain alcohols, stearates, and glycols. DF 100 is used to prevent the formation of foam or is added to break a foam already formed.

This special kind of polymer is used to separate residue oil sludge. It comes in anionic as well as cationic DOPE. The selection of DOPE varies from application to application. As a thumb rule for flotation application, Anionic is preferred and for wastewater treatment, cationic is preferred.
FA 100 is a Surface-active agent which is suitable for reducing the water content of the filters, centrifuge, and other dewatering equipment. It acts by increasing porosity by making micro flocs, reducing the cohesion forces responsible for the water retention in capillaries channels. With this, the permeability of the cake increases, and more water is drained away.
