It can be used in the drilling process as foam reducer in horizontal drilling or tunneling application.
These engineered Polymers were considered to replace the use of Bentonite Slurries. These Polymers have a series of advantages resulting to Smaller Well Impression, Negligible Environmental Toxicity and Reduced Installation Costs. The viscosity is much high than normal poly acrylic polymers and the viscosity lasts more than 36 hours. It works in a wind range of water pH and turbidity.
Special grade of construction PHPA with 1GPL viscosity 150-200 secs. Used for difficult borewell piling, making diaphragm walls. These enhance designed polymer provides long lasting viscosity up to 15-20 days.
White liquid emulsion, used to enhance viscosity of drilling mud, specially is sandy soil. This is oil in water emulsion needs to be agitated while mixing with drilling mud. The colour is white to off white and little ammonia odor comes during agitation.
